Maryam Torabian, DDS
Dr. Maryam Torabian has lived in Sacramento since 2001. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Sacramento. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the prestigious University of Pacific- Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she graduated with high honors.
She was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega Dental Honor Society in 2008. She began her career as an Associate Dentist in Berkeley, CA, and a part-time faculty member as an Instructor of Dental Anatomy at the University of Pacific, School of Dentistry. Besides teaching, Dr. Maryam also worked on research for multi-phase orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Maryam stays up-to-date with all the latest procedures and techniques through ongoing education to provide the best possible care for her patients. She believes in treating her patients like family. Her goal is for her patients to feel comfortable and relaxed at all times while under her care. She involves her patients in all treatment decisions, helping them make informed decisions about their dental health. Dr. Maryam’s goal is for her patients to have healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime!
Dr. Maryam met her husband in Sacramento and has been married since August 2014. She enjoys cooking, running, skiing, dancing, and trying new restaurants. Dr. Maryam and her husband are also avid Sacramento Kings’ fans!
